A brief look into my work that showcases my UX design work for AT&T,
AT&T Project Artifacts.
Support: Outtages, and Plans & Pricing

Working with AT&T's Wireless Support team and Plans & Prices team, I team up with different groups and work with Subject Matter Experts, PM, PO, and Developers to create and carry out strong plans for new ways to support the customer. From personal account issues, device issues to electric outages and reporting. The support page at AT&T has it all.
My job is to make sure our designs fulfill these complicated needs. As a designer, I guide what information goes on the page and how it looks, especially for the important early pages customers see. I make sure everything follows AT&T's brand rules and design guides.
I also partner closely with the "tech" team to make sure everything works perfectly, checking that all parts of the page look great on phones, tablets, and computers.
More than just getting things done, I look for new ways to improve. I do this by making customer support paths smoother and creating new pages and parts that get people more involved and encourage them to buy.
By always making the online experience better, I help att.com/support give customers interactions that are easy to understand and exciting.
